I am a mental health worker. What this means, I am still not sure. All I know is that I can REALLY sympathize with my clients sometimes. Oh yeah, and I'm Canadian, eh?

Mental Health Diagnosis Primary: Sciphennia Secondary: B. Polar
It originated from one of my not-so-favourite social workers at Local Hospital. He seems to have passed the form to the client to fill out, and faxed it on, without feeling the need to add any of his professional input. Or spell check. *headdesk*
